How to log in, review new profile submissions, edit write-ups and photos, and manage boosts. The buttons shown below match exactly what you will see on screen.
The site owner adds your email address to the moderator list. Use that same email whenever you sign in.
Go to the address below in your browser. You do not need a Base44 account.
Log in (or create an account the first time) using your moderator email. If you see "This account does not have moderator access", you signed in with a different email. Sign out and use the right one.
You'll see the Listings page. When you finish, use Sign out (top right), especially on shared computers.
Pending shows new submissions waiting for review. Start here each day. Live profiles are already published.
Type a name, city or email to find a profile quickly.
Click View all details (or the photo) to see everything the applicant submitted: all photos, bio, services, prices and contact details.
A window opens with the profile's text fields, bio and photos.
Correct spelling, remove inappropriate wording and tidy the headline and bio directly in the boxes.
Tap the small red X on any photo to remove it. This works for the main photo and gallery photos.
Nothing is changed until you click Save changes. Edit first, then approve.
When the profile meets the standards, click Approve. It goes live straight away and the owner is notified by email. New profiles without a paid plan get a 2-week free trial automatically.
If a profile can't be fixed by editing, click Reject. The owner is notified. You can approve a rejected profile later if it's corrected.
You cannot delete profiles or see payments, plans or pricing. Ask the site owner for those.
Scroll to the Boosts section at the bottom.
Use the switch beside a boost (Available Now, 24h / 3 day / 7 day / 30 day Boost, Elite Carousel, Homepage Featured). Switching it on starts it immediately for its set time; switching it off ends it. Changes apply instantly, with no Save needed.
Only add boosts the site owner has asked for or agreed to.
